Yes. Open Identity verification and choose Withdraw request while your check is in progress, or Delete verification once it is approved.
Signr then cancels the check with its partner, erases your record and removes your verified status.
This does not give back your free check. Once the partner has taken on a check, it stays used, so you cannot start a new identity check. The page will say You have already used your free identity check.
