Getting started
Ask for a reset link by email, then use it to set a new password. Go to the reset page, enter your email and choose Send reset link.
The page then shows Check your email whether or not the email has an account, so make sure you typed the one you signed up with. If the address is not a valid email, the form flags it and sends nothing.
- Open the link in the email. It works once, and only for 30 minutes.
- Enter a new password of at least 8 characters and choose Reset password.
- Choose Sign in with your new password. Resetting your password does not sign you in.
If the link has expired or was already used, it will not work. Go back to the reset page and ask for a new one.
