Screening and comparing candidates
Open the comparison from your Comparisons list to see where it stands and, once it is done, its score. Open Comparisons
A new comparison starts as pending. When it is done, the page shows the Match Score as a percentage and a Recommendation. If either one is missing, the page says it is not available. It never shows a zero or a blank in its place.
If a comparison stays pending or fails, select Re-queue to ask for it to run again. A comparison can't finish if the résumé or job has no readable text.
